These following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all agreements between you and  Gee Luxury that apply to any transaction and each of our site section. Please carefully read this agreeements. By using Gee Luxury, you agree to any agreement listed without any exception. If you do not agree to our Terms and Condition, you shall not continue any activity or use any information from Gee Luxury

CHANGES TO THE SITE AND TERMS & CONDITION

Gee Luxury has the right to change, modify, alter, update, discontinue terms,conditions, agreement, notices to any section of site that may applicable without any information. The price may change or update any time. If there’s any mistake to product price, Gee Luxury has the right to cancel the order. By agreeing, you will accept to be bound by any changes, modifications, alteration, and updates that may happen.

1. Legal Terms

To make an order or place a reservation with Gee Luxury, you must be over eighteen (18) years old. If you are below eighteen years old, you may only place an order with Gee Luxury with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18.

All orders are strongly recommended to be purchased by customer above eighteen(18)years old only. If you are below eighteen, and still do want to proceed, we only accept any order acknowledged and within guardian or/and parents guidance. All customers are required to provide their real identity details and information including real name, address, phone number, email, shipping and billing information, and more.

Gee Luxury have the right to restrict items being shipped to any customer or postal address.

2. Prohibition

You are prohibited to do any acts, support, or and assists that may compromise Gee Luxury’s website material, intergrity, performance, and function. We will take appropriate legal action against any malicious acts.

3. Orders

Orders made with Gee Luxury are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not considered reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but is confirmation that it has been received.

Order that have been added to cart, are not considered successfully checkout by a customer. You still have to go through few more steps until you receive your order number and and acknowledging email. This email will be a confirmation that we have received your order.

Gee Luxury also reserves the unlimited right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion only. We reserve the right to remove any products or contents from our site at any time.

We will always try to provide the correct details on our website, however if there any times where errors occurs, we will reach you as soon as possible to reconfirming your order and offer you options that maybe available.

4. Payment

We have several payment methods that shown on our checkout page. You may choose the most suitable payment method for you. You may also use your discount voucher or coupon code if you possessed any.

Any payment made with credit card, must be confirmed that you are the true owner of the card or have been authorized to use it by the owner of the card. We are not liable for any delays or undelivered shipment for any unauthorized purchase

5. Delivery

Gee Luxury will deliver your product according to our delivery standart and shipping schedule . We will deliver your product according to the choosen carrier. However, Gee Luxury is not responsible for any delay, loss, damage, caused by the carrier or custom clearance process. Our shipping method is ex-works. We do not have obligation after we mailed out the package to the carrier.

We send products in our standard packaging. Gift wrapping is available upon request at a fee.

If delivery or pickup is delayed because of any refusal to accept items delivered, or if you do not we reserve the right to charge costs incurred by us.

6. Return & Exchanges

We do not cater to customer who changed their minds. However if you want to process the return and exchange process, please do contact our customer service team. Item may be returned if they are unused by you, without damage, with tags intact and undamaged, in complete original brand packaging. This does not apply to sales items or items that are listed on our site as items that can not be returned.

Gee Luxury reserves the right to determine whether the condition of the product is acceptable for purposes of returns and exchanges.

7. Force Mejeure

Gee Luxury is not liable for failure to perform our obligations if this failure is a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storms or any other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign hostilities, terrorist activity, rebellion, sanctions, embargos, labour disputes, lockout, failure of electricity or connectivity, power supply, strike, etc.
