The item I'm interested in is sold out, can I be put on waiting list?

No, but you can get a notification instead when the product is back in stock or other buyers canceled their order, by fill in your email address at the product page of the sold out item ( Notify me ).

Do you have physical store, can we do COD or product viewing?

No, we only selling by webstore. However, product viewing and COD are available upon appointment at our administrative office located at West Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia.




Dow you guaranteed all your items are authentic?

Shop with no worry, we guarantee that all items you purchased here are genuine. Our internal will make sure and committed to only bring you authentic items. We believe honesty and trust is the best thing we could offer!




How do you accept payment?

We currently accept bank transfers to selected banks and credit card payment




Do you ship world-wide?

We are currently only ship within Indonesia for now

How will be the tax and custom calculation?

Each country have different regulation, therefore please contact your local custom office for more accurate information.




I've put my order into the shopping bag, but when I click 'Proceed to order' only some or none of my order is available. How come?

Adding items to your shopping bag does not mean that we hold the items for you, because several customers might be shopping at the same time so merchandise availability is not guaranteed until you check out.

Why are my orders cancelled?

Maximum payment for an order is 1x24 hrs after order have been placed. If payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be canceled automatically.

Can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel your order after check out. Please do review and consider your shopping bag before submitting an order.




How do you pack the items?

All items will be delivered in their original designer packaging then we will pack the purchased item based on our packaging standart. We use an exclusive shipping box ( unless you choose request for gift box packaging upon checkout )




Do you accept returns?

We do not cater to buyers who changed their mind. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 3 business days returns policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to our terms and condition such as; item must be in the same purchase condition, complete with all original packaging. All packaging must not be defaced. Tags must be remained attached. However, items that’ve been stated as exchangeable and non refundable items cannot be returned or refunded in any ways.

All returns will be reviewed first by Gee Luxury and we reserve the right to perform remedies including replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model, or full refund in store credits.

What is the Refund Policy?

Please do look at the images and decide carefully before purchase. No refunds will be given, but we will provide you with store credit, or offer to exchange the product for you.
